8 mile run

Last night I decided that I wanted to run through a few different cities in our valley. It was the most i have run at one time in a long time. I owe the fact that i was able to finish so easily to my X7I incline trainer.

Solomon XT shoes

Just bought me a pair of solomon XT trail running shoes. I went running the other night on some trails and they worked great! The word on the streets is that Nordictrack is looking to add a new shoe to their line. I'm sure it will compete with the rest of the running shoes out there because Nordictrack always competes.
